Our 4mm Twinwall Polycarbonate Sheet is the go-to choice for lightweight, budget-friendly roofing and glazing projects. With a twin-walled structured profile, it delivers a combination of strength, thermal insulation and excellent light transmission that flat or solid sheet simply can't match at this weight.

A UV-stable layer is co-extruded onto both sides of the sheet, meaning it is fused directly into the material — not a surface coating that can peel or wear away. This ensures long-term weathering resistance and helps prevent yellowing over time.

Available as a full sheet at 6000mm x 2100mm, or cut to your exact dimensions at the point of order. Please note a cutting tolerance of +/- 5mm applies to all cut panels. The flutes always run along the length of the sheet
