What Is PETG?

PETG sheets are clear, durable and can be used for a range of applications. PETG plastic sheets are lightweight, versatile and easy to work with. It can be machine cut and manipulated without leaving sharp edges, and any surface scratches and scuffs can be removed easily.

It also has superior chemical resistance and complies with FDA regulations for contact with food. PETG sheets are available in metric thicknesses of 0.75mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm or 6mm. 

What Is PETG Used For?

PETG plastic properties include 90% light transmission comparable to glass, while being just over half the weight and having superior impact resistance. This, combined with safe fire behaviour, makes PETG plastic sheets suitable for applications such as protective shields, glazing and signage. 

PETG sheets can be screen printed, painted and hot-stamped making it an excellent material for point of purchase.
