Economy Delivery 5 - 7 Working Days - £10.00 + V.A.T
Express Delivery 3 - 5 Working Days - £15.00 + V.A.T
Next Day Delivery If Order Placed Before 1.30pm - £25.00 + V.A.T
Sample orders - £4.00 + V.A.T
Collection - From Our Unit In Leicestershire.
* Please note that we are not open on weekends so orders placed over the weekend period will be processed on Monday.
* Some delivery postcodes (example Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight) will incur additional delivery charges, if you fall into one of these areas we will call you before dispatching the order and offer you the chance to pay the additional amount or we can offer a full refund.
How quick will I get my delivery?
Economy Delivery - For standard panels with no additional features (polishing, screw holes or radius corners) we aim to deliver all goods within 5-6 working days. For panels with additional features we aim to deliver all goods within 6-7 working days.
Express Delivery - For standard panels with no additional features (polishing, screw holes or radius corners) we aim to deliver all goods within 3-5 working days. For panels with additional features we aim to deliver all goods within 4-6 working days.
Next Day Delivery - This will always be the next working day, in the event we cannot meed this due to stock or any other problem we will call you advise in advance. We will dispatch your goods the day before your required delivery date on one of our couriers
* Please note certain delivery postcodes will incur a longer lead-time due to couriers taking longer to deliver the goods - Should you have any queries with regards to the delivery postcodes and needing your order for a set date please contact the Sales Office on 01455 240093.
Can I collect my Order?
Yes you can collect your order from us in Leicestershire, it will be ready for collection on the next working day.
What couriers do you use?
We use various couriers to enable us to offer a full UK delivery service, the courier we will use for your order will be dependent on the size of your parcel.
How can I track my order?
Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and the name of the courier.
What happens if the sheets get damaged during transit?
We take exceptional care in our packing methods to ensure that your packages arrive in perfect condition and the reports of damages are very low. In the event you do receive damaged goods please notify us as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out. Please do not use the damaged sheets as we may want to arrange the collection of the damaged sheets.
