The provided delivery dates are contingent upon stock availability and should be regarded solely as estimations rather than definitive assurances. We cannot guarantee specific delivery days or allocate precise time slots, as these details are approximate in nature. In the event that your order experiences a delay, we absolve ourselves of any responsibility for costs incurred due to labor fees, late fees imposed by your customer, or any other legally binding arrangements involving third parties.

It is strongly advised that you refrain from engaging builders or laborers on-site until your order has been received, meticulously inspected by yourself, and deemed to be in satisfactory condition. Additionally, please note that once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will promptly provide you with tracking information to facilitate the monitoring of its progress.


For panels with dimensions 1800mm/1.8m/180cm in length or width or more, a charge for large parcel delivery will be incurred. The estimated lead time for such deliveries is either 1-2 working days for Express or 5-7 working days for Standard.

Packaging/Order Amendment/Cancellation Charge

*Please note a charge of £5 will occur in the event of collection being organised by the customer (You) for the use of packaging material. 

*For orders which require missing items to be added on or any change/cancellation to your original order, an admin fee of £6 will be applied.

Templates (Bespoke Fabrication)

Please note if you wish to order a bespoke item and provide us with a template this will take longer than the standard fabrication time.
Standard leadtime for templates will be 10-15 workings from the date of payment. (Please note, we do not accept physical templates, please email all diagrams) 

International Deliveries

Please note that standard delivery charges apply only to domestic postcodes. For international deliveries, please contact us to receive a quote.

Deliveries to NI

Kindly take note that for orders scheduled for delivery to Northern Ireland, an extra seven working days will be needed to ensure the timely delivery of the consignment.

Bank Holidays

*Please note that our sales and adminstration offices are not open at weekends therefore any orders placed over the weekend period will be processed on the next working day which is usually a Monday except if there is a Bank Holiday. The day following the order placed counts as the first day in the delivery window for lead time calculations. All delivery lead times are estimated (i.e. 3-5 and 5-7 working days) and are not guaranteed although we always aim to be earlier whenever possible. If you add additional options such as polished edges, rounded corners or screw hole then an additioanl 1-2 working days may be added to the lead time.

* For avoidance of doubt we define 'working days' as Monday to Friday excluding weekend and any public holidays.

Post Code Exclusions

* Some delivery postcodes (example Scottish Highlands & Isle of Wight) will incur additional delivery charges, if you fall into one of these areas we will call you before dispatching the order and offer you the chance to pay the additional amount or we can offer a full refund.

Large Sized Sheets

*Please note some oversize panels may require a dedicated courier, in these cases we will call to advise in regards to shipping costs.

How quick will I get my delivery?

Economy Delivery - For standard panels with no additional features (polishing, screw holes or radius corners) we aim to deliver all goods within 5-6 working days. For panels with additional features we aim to deliver all goods within 6-7 working days.

Express Delivery - For standard panels with no additional features (polishing, screw holes or radius corners) we aim to deliver all goods within 3-5 working days. For panels with additional features we aim to deliver all goods within 4-6 working days.

Next Day Delivery - This will always be the next working day, in the event we cannot meed this due to stock or any other problem we will call you advise in advance. We will dispatch your goods the day before your required delivery date on one of our couriers

* Please note certain delivery postcodes will incur a longer lead-time due to couriers taking longer to deliver the goods - Should you have any queries with regards to the delivery postcodes and needing your order for a set date please contact the Sales Office on 01455 240093.

Can I collect my Order?

Yes you can collect your order from us in Leicestershire, it will be ready for collection on the next working day.

What couriers do you use?

We use various couriers to enable us to offer a full UK delivery service, the courier we will use for your order will be dependent on the size of your parcel. 

How can I track my order?

Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and the name of the courier. 

What happens if the sheets get damaged during transit?

We take exceptional care in our packing methods to ensure that your packages arrive in perfect condition and the reports of damages are very low. In the event you do receive damaged goods please notify us as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out. Please do not use the damaged sheets / dispose of them as we may want to arrange the collection of the damaged sheets, doing so may invalidate your claim for refund/replacement.

What if I want to make changes to my order?

Please make sure the dimensions and material are correct when confirming your order as unfortunately any changes made when the order has been placed will incur a £5.00 plus VAT administration fee. This is due to the cost of having to stop production to amend any changes to the original order. 

Large Panel Deliveries via dedicated courier (Only applicable on specific orders)
For large panels, we will arrange a dedicated courier to deliver your goods. However please note we cannot guarantee a 2-man delivery in the event the panels are excessively heavy/large.
