Designed for professional UV applications, our UV high permeability (HP) acrylic sheet offers exceptional transmission of UVA radiation, making it the material of choice for sunbed manufacturers, tanning installations, and any setup where high UV permeability is essential.
Transmitting between 85% and 91% of radiation in the critical 320–380nm wavelength range, this acrylic allows the UVA light responsible for skin pigmentation and tanning to pass through with minimal loss. Unlike standard acrylic, which blocks the majority of UV light, our HP grade is specifically formulated to maximise UV throughput while incorporating a treatment that guards against the long-term degrading effects of UV radiation.
Durability is a key feature — independent testing confirms that this sheet maintains its properties for up to 3,000 hours of UV exposure without alteration, giving you confidence in its long-term performance in demanding environments.
