How to Install an Internal 38mm Angle on PVC Cladding

1. Measure & Cut the 38mm Angle
Measure the height of the internal corner where the trim will be placed.
Use a fine-toothed saw or utility knife to cut the angle to the required length.
2. Prepare the PVC Cladding Panels
Ensure the panels are clean, dry, and properly aligned at the internal corner.
Leave a small expansion gap if required (follow manufacturer guidelines).
3. Position the Internal 38mm Angle
Place the angle trim over the internal corner, covering the edges of the adjoining panels.
4. Fix the Angle Trim
Apply adhesive along the inside edges of the trim for a secure hold.
Press the trim firmly into place, ensuring it sits flush with the panels.
For additional strength, mechanical fixing (screws) can be used if necessary.
5. Seal & Finish
In wet areas, apply a thin bead of sealant along the edges of the trim to enhance waterproofing.
Wipe away any excess sealant for a clean and professional look.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Wipe with warm soapy water and a soft cloth to remove dust or stains.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals to preserve the finish.
