 10mm Clear Twinwall Polycarbonate Sheet – UV Stable, Cut to Size

Our 10mm Twinwall Polycarbonate Sheet is a serious performer for roofing and glazing applications where thermal efficiency, rigidity and longevity matter. The greater cell depth compared to thinner twinwall sheets delivers a meaningful improvement in insulation, making it well suited to conservatories, garden rooms, carports and covered walkways where year-round comfort is a priority.

The UV-stable layer is co-extruded directly into both faces of the sheet — not surface-applied — so it won't peel, flake or degrade over time. This ensures the sheet retains its clarity and structural integrity throughout its service life.

At 10mm, this sheet is compatible with our full range of polycarbonate roofing accessories, including glazing bars, ridge sections, end caps and closure strips — everything you need for a clean, weatherproof finish.

All 10mm sheets are delivered pre-taped as standard. For additional protection, sheets can also be equipped with both aluminium and breather tape at an extra cost — helping to keep the internal channels clear of debris and moisture for the lifetime of the installation.

Available as a full sheet at 6000mm x 2100mm, or cut to your exact dimensions at the point of order. Please note a cutting tolerance of +/- 5mm applies to all cut panels. The flutes always run along the length of the sheet.
