How to Install a 1-Part J Section on PVC Cladding
- Measure & Cut the J Section
Measure the length of the panel edge where the J Section will be fitted.
Use a fine-toothed saw or utility knife to cut the trim to the required size. - Position the J Section
Place the J Section along the exposed panel edge, ensuring a snug fit. - Fix the Panel into the J Section
If using adhesive, apply a small amount inside the profile for extra hold.
Simply slide or slot the cladding panel into the J Section, making sure it is straight.
If needed, gently press the profile to ensure secure placement. - Seal & Finish
In wet areas, apply a thin bead of sealant along the edges for added waterproofing.
Wipe off any excess for a clean, polished look.
Maintenance & Cleaning
Wipe with warm soapy water and a soft cloth to remove dust or stains.
